Potty Training

So, I have a 2 1/2 year old that we've been gently easing into potty training. Which is to say, we've gotten him used to pull ups and now he can get his pants and pull ups down with only a little problem. My question is this: "Now what?" We have the toilet adapter seat (in beautiful shades of "Diego" and a potty chair - both of which he will sit on with no problems. And his little brother has used the potty chair (thanks to being constipated we know when he needs to go) so he's aware of what's supposed to take place. He's not afraid nor does he have problems flushing. He doesn't like to be poopy and says "I pee'd" immediately after. So... at this point I'm basically going... "Ummmm... help?"
